Q) I provided my Council Tax details when I upgraded my account, but I'm not seeing any information relating to it?
A) The details you provided when setting up your account must be an exact match for those we hold against your Council Tax record. Please refer to your last Council Tax bill to ensure all details match - the next bill is due in March. If you need to amend your details click on the 'manage my account' button, then the 'edit my details' button.
Q) I tried to report something but the map doesn't display?
A) Please check that 'location services' on your device are not disabled (on either the device itself or its internet browser)
Q) I created a My Enfield account, but cannot log in to Enfield Connected.
A) You should have received an email to let you know we were changing the way customers access our services online. We apologise if this wasn't the case, and invite you to create a new Enfield Connected account.
Q) I didn't verify my email address when I first set up my account.
A) You need to go to the sign in page, click on 'Can't access your account?', enter your username, select 'Resend Verification Link' and click submit. You will be sent an email with a link to verify your email address. You need to click the verification link within 24 hours to activate your account. If you do not receive this email in your inbox, check in your junk mail.
Q) I have been locked out of my account due to too many sign in attempts.
A) You need to go to the sign in page, click on 'Can't access your account?', enter your username, select 'Reset My Password' and click submit. You will be sent an email with a link to reset your password. If you do not receive this email in your inbox, check in your junk mail.
Q) I have an account for Millfield Theatre, leisure bookings, golf and libraries online services, will these change?
A) Our aim is for you to have one log on for all online council services accessed via your Enfield Connected account. For the time being, you will still need to use your existing username and password for these services, and we will notify you before anything changes.
