Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How do I get the bar charts to display data at borough (or ward) level?

A. Hovering over the top left corner of bar charts will reveal a round icon with two downwards facing arrows. Click on the icon to reveal data and a lower geographical level. Alternatively, right click on one of the bars at the STP area level and select ‘Drill Down’ from the pop up window. This will show all boroughs included in that STP area.

Q.  How do I find out the values presented in maps?

A. Hovering over each ward will reveal the name of the ward and the value of the indicator for that ward.

Q. Can I print the profiles?

A. Yes. You can print each page of a profile separately, by clicking on the printer icon on the toolbar of the internet browser. We recommend to click on print preview and choose a landscape view and a resolution of 90% to allow the page to appear fully on the printout.

Q. Can I share the profiles with others?

A. Yes. Click on the arrow icon at the bottom right corner of the page to share the link via email, Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn.

Q.How do I incorporate graphs and text from the JSNA into reports?

A. Power BI does not yet allow to extrapolate graphs or text into different formats. We are working with the Power BI team to add this function to the software, until then, the best way to incorporate the JSNA into your reports is to include the necessary web link.
