Our Family and Adolescent Support Hub (FASH) provides help and support to 11-17 year olds at risk of entering care, or leaving care to return to live with their families. We bring together a wide range of professionals and services to provide support to young people and their families, ensuring young people remain with their family or live in suitable alternative accommodation.
The family accommodation support team supports young people aged 16-17 in order to prevent homelessness, and young people aged 13-16 to prevent them from entering the care system.
The reunification adolescent support team supports the return home of looked-after children aged 11-17 after a period of being in care, and young people aged 11-16 to prevent them from entering the care system.
