If you have just moved to Enfield, you will probably need to set up a Council Tax account. Before doing so, we first need to make sure that you are liable to pay Council Tax. If you are we will then take you to set up your new account and, if you would like, your Direct Debit payments (find out more about paying your Council Tax).
All of this can be done quickly and easily online. You will be asked to upgrade your Enfield Connected account if you haven't already. Make sure that you provide your Council Tax reference number when you do so.
If you have already registered for an Enfield Connected account but haven't given us a Council Tax reference number yet, you can do this quickly and easily by editing the details in your Enfield Connected account. Simply log in, select 'My details' from your account homepage, click the 'edit' button, and enter the number in the correct box.

If you have moved within the borough to a new property, you will need to set up a new Council Tax account and close your old one. You can do this quickly and easily online by changing your address details in your Enfield Connected account.
Simply log in, select 'My details', followed by 'My home/properties' and click the 'edit' button. Once you have done this, you will be asked to complete a short form to finish setting up your new account.
If you are moving out of the borough, you need to let us know so that we can issue you with a final Council Tax bill. You can do this quickly and easily online.

This will make sure that your change of address is registered instantly and that your final bill is issued to the correct address.
