Due to the coronavirus situation, our grounds maintenance contractor will be providing a reduced grass cutting and shrub pruning service. This will continue until restrictions have been lifted by the government.
If you would like to help by cutting the grass outside your property, and it is safe to do so, we would be very grateful.
Thank you for your co-operation and patience during these difficult times.
We have a schedule to maintain greenery on our public roads and council property. You can report damaged, dead, or overgrown grass verges, hedges and shrub beds to our contractor Glendale Countryside Ltd on 0800 915 7902 between 7am and 4pm.
You can also report a problem online and we will investigate within ten working days. If we think the damage is dangerous based on the information you give us, we aim to investigate earlier than ten working days. If the damage is dangerous, we will repair the problem as soon as we can.
Reports via our website are processed during office hours only, and in the order they are received. If you think the problem is urgent, call us on 020 8379 1000 to report this instead.
