Our Homefinder Scheme takes the hassle out of renting. We require all sizes of property for private rented clients who are ready and waiting to move.

The scheme offers 0% commission and has up to £3,500 cash incentives depending on property size and length of tenancy.

To be eligible for the scheme, each property must have a:

  • carbon monoxide alarm installed in all rooms with a boiler or gas appliance
  • smoke alarm installed on each floor of the property
  • EPC (Energy Proficiency Certificate) with a rating of E or above
  • Valid Gas Safety Report
  • Electrical Safety Report where the installation is considered ‘Satisfactory’ (a visual report is not acceptable)
  • AST (minimum 12-month fixed term)
