The regeneration vision for Ponders End was developed in partnership with the community and emerged as a framework for change document.
A Central Planning Brief was adopted to support the regeneration of the high street (the Electric Quarter), and the Alma Estate Regeneration now forms major plans for change to the South Street area.

Bountagu are a resident-led community group based in Edmonton, around Bounces Road and Montague Road. With funding from the National Lottery, the group manages a series of local projects to support development in their community. Though we support Bountagu, the group and its funding are managed by the local community.
