Applying for an allotment

To rent an allotment, you must first complete our online enquiry. We will then get back to you within ten working days.

Once we confirm your plot, you will need to sign a tenancy agreement and pay your invoice. You will then be issued with a key to your allotment.

Costs

Enfield residents may be eligible for a 25% discount on plot rental (up to 250m2) if they are:

  • studying
  • disabled
  • on low income
  • unemployed
  • over the age of 63

You will need to provide formal documentation as proof for this concession.
