Improving and delivering positive customer experience is one of our key priorities.

Determining customer needs, delivering services and solving problems quickly will lead to a good, lasting impression and satisfied customers.

The customer promise

We asked residents how they would like us to interact with them and the top three responses were for staff to be:

  • friendly and helpful
  • honest and respectful
  • professional and courteous

These now form the customer promise and set the standard for dealing with customers, whether they are residents, businesses, partners, or people who work for us.
