I am proud that Enfield Council continues to innovate and lead the way in using technology to meet residents changing needs and make Council services even more accessible.

We launched the new look, mobile friendly Enfield Council website in November 2015. Council services are now easier and more accessible online and visitors get a greater online experience through the use of the new Enfield Connected Account.

Registering for an account will give you the ability to:

  • report issues
  • learn more about job opportunities
  • see what is happening in your neighbourhood
  • just seek advice

Enfield Connected heralds a new approach to customer services in Enfield: it will be faster and easier than ever before for you to contact us.

This will not be at the expense of those who do not have access to technology or digital skills. We are using new technology and innovation to ensure the Council better fits into your changing world – not the other way around.
